Goals

The Roles of the Deanship of International Collaboration: 

• Communicating and coordinating with concerned parties inside and outside Taif University in order to discuss collaboration opportunities in the fields of education, scientific research and community service.

• Coordinating with concerned parties to host international events and conferences organized by global educational institutions at Taif University.

• Liaising with regional and international organizations regarding the participation of Taif University in international seminars, conferences and exhibitions

• Arranging and coordinating with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding meetings with ambassadors of countries to discuss potential collaborations between Taif University and universities in their countries

• Arranging with regional and international universities specialized in providing distance training programs and workshops, in the fields of scientific research and education, in order to develop research and teaching skills among faculty members

• Coordinating with international universities regarding the participation of Taif University students in online workshops to enrich their educational experiences

• Coordinating with regional and international universities to arrange for periodic meetings between academics and researchers at Taif University and their counterparts at these universities in order to exchange knowledge and experiences

• Organizing the visits by leaders and faculty members of Taif University to other international universities

• Joining the memberships of international organizations

• Collaborating with the College of Community Service and Continuing Education at Taif University for building connections with international bodies concerned with serving and educating communities.

• Participating in evaluating collaboration requests received from the deans of Taif University faculties

• Representing Taif University in international events

• Identifying the needs of the Deanship cadre

• Evaluating collaboration requests received from the deans of Taif University faculties

• Preparing an annual booklet that summarizes the achievements of the Deanship

•  Arranging for meetings with international experts in the field of education and research in order to discuss developments in these fields

• Arranging foreign visits to Taif University, in collaboration with the Department of Public Relations

• Preparing databases of all international agreements at Taif University

• Establishing a platform for international collaboration to facilitate the communication between Taif university and international institutions
