About Radiological Sciences Department

The Department of Radiological Sciences is one of the four departments of the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences, which was founded in 1432 AH. The BSc program includes basic courses such as Human Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology and Medical Physics, which are requirements for specialized courses in the fields of radiology such as Routine Radiography and Radiography using contrast modulation (Color Pigmentation), Radiography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Radioisotope Imaging (Nuclear medicine) and Imaging using Ultrasound. In addition, Clinical Practice courses are taught directly in a health institution so that an academic environment is applied to study and practice the profession of medical imaging.
