The period for withdrawal from a course starts from May 21, 2023 until May 25, so please announce the result of the midterm exam before the period specified for withdrawal from the course...
The student can submit an apology request directly from his/her personal page on the university system according to the following controls:
- The apology is for one decision only.
- The number of hours after the apology for the course should not be less than (8 hours) in the student's schedule.
- The course to be excused from should not be (zero course), i.e. from a level lower than that of the student.
- That the number of courses the student has excused from not exceed five during the student’s stay at the university.
- A student who is expected to graduate (with 24 hours remaining or less) is not entitled to withdraw from a course.
Scholarship students are not entitled to withdraw from a course.
- The student has the right to withdraw from the request to apologize for a course within a maximum period of (72 hours) from submitting the request to apologize after the approval of the department, and his absence will be counted in the lectures he did not attend.
The bridging student has the right to apologize for a course.
