Dr. Abdullah Khayat holds the Saudi and Arab Board in Pediatrics. In addition, he obtained a subspecialty fellowship in pediatric pulmonology in the joint program and then a sleep Medicine fellowship from the University of Toronto, Canada. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from the King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah (KAAU). He started his career as a physician at the King Abdulaziz Medical City Hospital (National Guard), then as a lecturer and currently he works as an assistant professor at the College of Medicine, Taif University, Saudi Arabia. His qualifications and experience have helped him working as a consultant in several healthcare hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including International Medical Center Hospital in Jeddah and Al-Hada Military Hospital in Taif. His work also extended to become a member of many local and international medical societies and as an arbitrator in many scientific journals, as well as participating in many research projects.  He also participates in teaching for post graduate students as well as a Saudi board examiner. Dr. Abdullah is currently a member of the Sharia Board in Taif Governorate.
