Under the patronage of the General Supervisor of the Tawasul Center, Dr. Khamayel Muhammad Abul-Naga, an event was carried out via the "Maharat" platform, under the title "Digital Transformation in the Care of the Beneficiaries", presented by Dr. Nahid Hawsawi and Professor Murad Al-Zahrani, for a period of one day, on March 1, 2022 AD, and one of the axes of the event is how to apply for Tawasul electronic system and the care by the Tawasul Center team of tickets sent by the beneficiaries, and attention to the beneficiary's satisfaction with the solution, in order to achieve the center's vision and mission.
