Mission

The mission of the Mechanical Engineering Program is constructed and stated within the main frame of the College of Engineering and the Taif University.

The mission of the Mechanical Engineering Program is to “Provide outstanding mechanical engineering program in education, research, and community service to meet the needs of the Saudi society and the region".

The Mechanical Engineering Program's mission can be summarized as three sub-missions as follows:

1.     Provide comprehensive program in Mechanical Engineering field with high quality.

2.     Prepare graduates according to the high quality engineering skills equipped with ethical requirements of society.

3.     Participate in programs of industrial, commercial and social development through applied research, training programs, technology transfer, and engineering consultancy.
