To meet the needs of the labor market

TU, represented by Applied College, targets male and female students with different qualitative programs characterized by practical training. It seeks to prepare scientifically and professionally qualified cadres to meet the needs of the labor market.

The University aims to raise the acceptance rate from high school graduates, to match the needs of the labor market, as well as linking the Applied College with strategic partnerships with the private sector.

The system of study in the applied college programs is

  • Intermediate Diploma for two years with three-semester system for each academic year.
  • Co-diploma for students wishing to leave after spending a full academic year and passing all courses.
  • English Language Certificate for students wishing to leave after the end of the first or second semester.

The university indicated that these programs came in partnership with the private sector and aim to provide practical training for students of the Applied College, support the employment of college graduates, and work on exchanging knowledge and training between the college and companies subject to the (labor market system).
