College of Pharmacy obtains the international accreditation certificate (ACPE)
date of publication : 2023-08-06College of Pharmacy at Taif University obtained the International Accreditation Certificate (ACPE) from the American Accreditation Council for Pharmaceutical Education for its achieving the quality standards of pharmaceutical education and international standards in educational outcomes.
This accreditation comes as part of a series of achievements as the accreditation from the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA).
The university indicated that this experience, which was conducted by the College of Pharmacy, aimed to develop the educational process and improve the quality of outputs in line with the Saudi Vision 2030, as the American academic accreditation focuses on applying simulation programs before starting clinical training.
It is noteworthy that the duration of the American academic accreditation is two years, renewable, and the number of main academic standards for accreditation is (6) standards and the secondary is (26) standards.
