The Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences

The Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences is one of the main pillars of the health system, which provides doctors with the necessary and accurate laboratory information to contribute to the diagnosis and prevention of diseases. The student will study for four years of study in addition to the year of excellence (practical training) in a hospital. During this phase, the student learns several theoretical and practical subjects in various disciplines such as medical microbiology, clinical biochemistry, blood and blood transfusion, histology and pathology, toxicology and genes. Upon passing this program, the student is awarded a bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory sciences and is qualified to work as a medical laboratory specialist.
